Works offline
If the network drops mid-pickup, the device runs on the last sync and reconciles when it reconnects.
Training takes an afternoon.
The pickup workflow is the same every day. A new aide is comfortable after one dismissal and fluent after a week. If something breaks, a person responds within one business day.
